How much does the Foundation Programme cost?

Our intro programmes range from £150–£297, depending on the level of support you choose.
Most women start with the 6-Week Foundation Programme at £297, as it gives the best support, momentum, and results.

I’m unfit / overweight / injured… will this work for me?

Absolutely. Most women who join haven’t exercised in years.
We adapt every session to your fitness level, mobility, confidence, and where your body is right now.

Is it just for beginners?

No. We coach women who are brand new to exercise as well as those who’ve trained for years; everyone works at their own level.

Do I need to be over 40?

We specialise in women over 40, especially through midlife changes like menopause, low confidence, or returning after a long break.
We also support some younger women who prefer a private, coaching-led, women-only studio.

How long are the sessions?

Personal Training & Small Group PT: 45 minutes
Group Classes: 30, 45 or 60 minutes

I work long hours. Can I still train?

Yes. We’re open:
6:15am–8:00pm weekdays
7:30am–12:00pm Saturdays
There are morning, lunchtime and evening sessions daily.
